I need more time before giving this machine a final rating, but these are my first impressions.
Overall, I’m impressed with the build quality and functionality of the LifePro vibration plate. It feels sturdy, setup was easy, and the range of vibration settings seems good enough to grow with different fitness levels.
That said, there are a couple of things that disappointed me. The machine includes several preset program modes, but there’s very little explanation of what they do or how they’re intended to be used. Without guidance, the presets don’t add much value.
For the price, I also expected some type of app integration. It would be helpful to connect the machine to an app that automatically logs sessions, tracks usage, and monitors progress over time.
At this point, I think it has good potential, but I need more time using it before deciding whether it delivers enough long-term value.

Easy Assembly… step up is high

The unit is easy to put together
Tools provided work great
I have enjoyed all of the programmed sessions and the default is great to start out at your own pace
My husband is recovering from spinal injuries and we had a difficult time with the step up … not a standard stair height… so be careful of that

Great complement to my physical fitness routine

I discovered this Rhythm Vibration Plate at my chiropractor's office and loved it so much, I bought one for myself. I feel really great after doing 10 minutes on this plate. I am a bit older so I really like the fact that there are handle bars for safety. I also appreciate the fact that it does come with bands so that I can get an upper body workout in the process.
