Easy to Put Together

I was able to put this together on my own in less than an hour and use it for the first time. I was impressed with how I felt like I'd had a whole body workout after only 10 minutes on the beginner program! I am excited to incorporate this daily and see the results.

The machine is heavy but with a little help I was able to get it where I wanted and from there I was on my own. I'm pretty handy so with the exception of its weight, I was able to put the machine together all by myself! Very happy with finished product!!!

The product was easy to assemble. I had my wife use the vibration plate first. She wasn't sold on the vibration plate at first. After the first ten minute cycle she was impressed on how she felt after just the first use.
