I just had two hip replacements recently, twelve weeks apart. I was having issue's walking without limping. Two days on the vibration plate and the limping stopped. After limping for so long it felt strange walking normally. Thank you so much for this product and having this product on sale so I could afford to buy it. I purchased the Rhythm for the stability of having the handles. This product is so quite. I love,love my machine.

I enjoy using the Rhythm Vibration Plate; it’s the highlight of my workout. I can really feel my muscles getting stronger without the ache from lifting free weights or weight lifting machines. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a change in their exercise routine.

Can’t live without it!

This has been a literal lifesaver for my 81 yr old mom who has had Parkinson’s for 30 years; she also has dementia but she is still walking, talking, and thriving, thanks in large part to this vibration plate! And Life Pro is such a wonderful company, when our first plate broke, they replaced it within minutes and were so kind. I’d give them and their products 10 stars if I could.

I am pleased with this equipment because I have been remiss in staying physically fit. The instructions in the booklet provide a good road map to using it, and the available videos will be most helpful, I'm sure.
