I just started using this product. It's easy and comfortable (I'm still at the low, beginner's end). I realize it will take some time to see results, but I'm encouraged by my first try at it.

Started using a similar machine in a chiropractor's office and liked it a lot, so ordered one for myself. i had to get someone to assemble it for me since I am an octogenarian. It is convenient to have it in the house so I can get on and off as it suits me. It helps with the chrinic pain in my hip and k. I would recommend it for anyone who needs help toning up their body.
