What I like most is that it’s low impact while still making me feel engaged physically. The vibration settings are customizable, and the handles help with stability and balance. I also appreciate that it’s quiet enough to use without being disruptive.

Tried a similar product at a national expo and liked the way I felt. Spouse has neuropathy and one of the long term benefits is an improvement in this condition plus balance improvement

I had another vibe plate & wanted to upgrade. I luv, luv, luv this vibe plate & the hand bars is why I chose it. I am 70 years old & have balance issues. With my other vibe plate I had to hold on to the back of a chair. This vibe plate, I hop on, the hand rails make the experience so much better. I use it 6 times a day. I have lost weight, fat & my aches & pain are gone. Takes away tension, I just can’t say enough on vibe plates, but this one is just awesome
