Keeps us moving safely

Husband had a stroke in 2021 with resultant limited movement of right side. This plate helps him to move in a safe way that stimulates circulation and builds muscle. I use it for lymph drainage and improving balance. We are senior citizens prone to falls and appreciate that this product can assist us with improvement.

Getting older and having some balance and mobility issues despite an active lifestyle. The one we have ĥas hand rails and an easy to read and adjust console so we always feel secure on it. Definitely made a difference with balance and strength. After a year with one and seeing that it's holding up to daily use we got the second one so we can use it at our second home. Discovered we missed the regular workouts... I shared my experience with my internist and they have one too now.

Rhythm Vibration Plate

This was purchased for my 77m father who has had several back surgeries and has a drop foot. The handle/side bars will help to keep him balanced and hopefully build strength.
He read in the manual that due to joint replacement and diabetes he shouldn't be using, so he will be checking with his doctor first. It would have been nice if this was more clear on the website prior to purchasing.
Instructions to put together were easy except with the phone holder device, it was not included in the manual and I don't see how it can be used with the padding on the side bars. This isn't an important feature for my father.

Haven’t tried it yet. I. Reading the booklet. I bought it for my husband. But we didn’t know there were contraindications to consider. So he will need to wait until he gets done with his medical treatment. The machine has so much benefits I’ll use it
