Ive never assembled a project like this before, it's rather hard for me to assemble, I'm going to ask for help.

Just received and did the easy setup. Have played with the different settings and the presets and plan to get more involved in the workouts and plan for our routines in the coming days/weeks.

I have had a couple of vibration plates over the years. And this one is better than most. The stability is wonderful amd even my husband likes it!
