Wasn't too bad to put it together, but the screws for the console could be a hair longer! The reason I got this was I had both knees replaced at the same time 8 years ago and my therapy was to go on the vibrating platform. Once I was done, I tried to get insurance to pay for one, but they refused. So this year I got a profit sharing check where I work so we decided to get one.

Be prepared for solid performance, and instant vibration. Better than the unit the physical therapist has. Highly recommend.

I upgraded from a vibration plate. This is far more adaptable to my needs.
Putting it together was not easy. It took a while.
I am 81 years old and expect to get a lot of benefits using the Rhythm.

So far so good. Lots of variation but certainly some workout value to an older man (77) and wife with Parkinson’s.
