I just started using it and can feel the difference in my legs and knees right after use. They feel less stiff. I have neuropathy & fibromyalgia & It is difficult to exercise longer than 10-15 minutes at a time due to fatigue. I bought the Rhythm vibration plate with the built in support bars for my safety. I appreciate having them.

According to my doctor it will also strengthen the small muscles in my feet and calves.
One part had a defect that prevented us from setting it up initially. Lifepro handled it quickly and effeciant

Help with Lymphedema

Even though I purchased it 2-3 months ago, I was in the middle of a remodeling project, and my nephew put it together for me last week. I have lymphedema in my legs and trunk and felt it would be good for me. I am starting out slowly, but enjoy using it.

New Vibration Plate

I decided to order this to help my lymphatic flow but I have to go slow as I have a torn meniscus. Do you have any advice in using the Plate in this situation?
