All communication and purchase was great. Unfortunately assembly was difficult due to bad placement of screw holes. Managed to work it out. Product works well.

I’ve been pleased with the quality of the purchase. I needed one with handles that I could hold onto due to stability issues. I found that if you tighten your core, you really get a good burn from it.

I got it it today; so of course I put it together and tried it out. I didn't do the full 10 minute workout because I was in house shoes. But in the 8 minutes, on beginners level was a good workout. I deffinately felt that thru the parts of my body that was being targeted areas.
