I've only been using the unit for a couple of months but found it to be a convenient and effective way to break up my all-day WFH sitting routine. I typically do a 10-minute program and I've found that it's helped to engage muscles I don't regularly activate. For additional context, I have hereditary neuropathy and I'm using this device to try and improve my stability and endurance. So far it does seem to be helping.
I've found support very helpful as well. My unit arrived with an incorrect cable, but Lifepro was quick to get me out a new one with zero hassle.

was using a similar vibration plate at a chiropractor for improving neuropathy and found it helped with balance as well. Since purchasing it, I have been using it by following some of the different positions to increase overall wellness.
