My sister and parents own this same machine and after using it at their houses, I knew I needed one! It has helped with balance and seems to relax my back muscles when I do stretches on it. A great purchase for me and my family!

I have been using it for the past 4 days, still getting used to it, so far it's been great, very easy to navigate through the control panel, I feel great after the workout, have not used the the max levels yet still trying to get familiar with the equipment, but so far I love it. Few of my cousins saw the equipment and they are very interested to purchase one.
