Both my wife and I are retired. I purchased this to aid my wife in some form of exercise since she is unsure of her steps. I love this because it has bars to hold on to. I have used it several times since purchasing. I will have my wife try it with the manual setting with the lowest speed until she is comfortable with it. Thank you. Ken

I initially purchased this item because I read reviews about how it helps with neuropathy pain. I recently developed really bad neuropathy pain in my left thigh about 3 months ago and medication really did not seem to help. After putting together my rhythm vibration plate I gave it a test run and did the preset program one after getting off I could immediately feel some relief in that leg 2 hours later I did not really feel anything so I did it again later that night. While I did feel some discomfort later that night it was nothing like it has been so the pain has lessons so I am sure that with continued use, I am hoping to get rid of the neuropathy for good. Outside of that I really do love the feel of the vibration and once I get off of it I feel completely invigorated my body feels great so I am very much pleased and satisfied with this product
