It was very tedious and time consuming—not the 10 minutes one video said it would be. One of the long nails was in so tight and was stripped so I was unable to get it out! Assembly needs to be for a lay person w no experience putting things together.

I am very pleased with the rhythm platform.
1. easy to use
2. requires a small amount of space
3. very relaxing at the end of a day
4. seems to give me a burst of energy
5. it is very secure while operating, no danger of falling

This works wonderful, my wife tried the professional one at a weight loss center and this one is so much more quiet. Nice and heavy does not vibrate and move all over the room. Easy to move around. Very easy to operate.
