Simply Outstanding in every way! I can’t believe how much it helps to strengthen and tone the body! You don’t realize how much work it’s doing until you step off the vibration plate. I like using the resistance bands when doing the different body movements. Thank You So Much!

The rhythm vibration machine is simply outstanding! It’s a great workout for the whole body. My favorite thing is performing squats with the resistance bands. You don’t realize how effective it is until you step off the vibration plate. Thank You so much!
