Really like the “shaker” as we call it. Have used religiously since purchase. Pretty easy to just stand and let the machine do the work. Like a deep massage in your own home, plus results!

I used this machine at my chiropractor's office and it helped my lower back so much that I bought one! It strengthens the muscles in your legs and stomach to take pressure off of your back. Love it!
