I would like to get a training program that gives information on how to use the resistance bands and more complete training on how to use the vibration plate I bought. It has been difficult to find the training videos

It is a great compliment to my rebounder and these are both excellent for cell regeneration and health. I use them mostly after workouts and it just feels great on the body overall.

Tried it today and I feel good. I’m 73 so I hope it helps me. The best part is my 77 year old husband tried it out first after assembling it for me. He was pleasantly surprised.

Like but what is the watts and RPM

I suffer with lower back L4-S1 sciatic down to butt and RT hip to my feet. This has differently taken the edge away of pain and feeling like I just need someone to rub me or shake me. However, I would like to know RPM and Watts and at the moment I can not locate the information on-line.
