I love this machine. I use it after my workout to help with muscle recovery. It does wonders for my muscles. I also use it a few additional times a week for a bit of extra cardio. This machine is a must have!

We bought this to help my husband who has early stage Parkinson’s, with stability and balance issues and keep his muscles limber and working. It just arrived today and he has already tried it out! I will review again after we’ve had it and both use it.

I use my LifePro Rhythm device for strength and function. I have lower back issues as well as old competitive sports related injuries to knees and shoulder. The rapid cycling of the vibration platform and varying positions seems to tone smaller musculature to support injured areas. This was recommended to me by a orthopedist who also said studies are showing it helps women maintain bone density and that is of interest to my wife.
