Excellent for seniors, balance, chronic pain, inflammation, and lymphatic support. It's already a game-changer after a few days. One cycle on the mid-range feels like I finished a power walk!
My family spans 30s - 90s, chronic inflammation, pain and mobility concerns limiting other workouts. I wish we had this years ago!
