Excited!

I am an older, overweight, arthritic woman and I just got this to help me with my issues. The first time I used it I felt absolutely rejuvenated internally. I admit I have a motivation problem but with this I can shame myself into at least standing on it for ten minutes. It seemed to be helping with my arthritis pain. I have a knee replacement but other leg my knee and even worse my hip of other leg has issues. I started doing some knee rehab exercises and yoga poses then got on U Tube checking out routines there. I did one yesterday that was for seniors and was done from a sitting position. Thought would be real good for my hips but has made it hurt more. I think the knee angle was not good. Should I just back off a bit? any routine reccomendations? I'm not real good with social media but will try to find some info there. That would be an improvement I would suggest. I do not like having to go on my computer for info, etc. Thanks for any help and I am real excited about this.

MYMY OSTEOARTHRITIS RELIEF AND BLESSING

I am really excited with my new rhythm vibrating plate as I have been waiting for many years for something more effective for my osteoarthritis and my left hemiplegia caused by a brain aneurysm in 1984 during a bicycle training I was only 32 years old I was told I could be a vegetable on a wheel chair for the rest of my life or death but nothing like that happened, actually god was watching over me. I am 73 years old now and have given up I am still active with physio, swimming and still riding a recumbent trike and now my rhythm vibrating plate a great combination to maintain my fitness and heath level at the maximum I will be combining my new exercise machine with my physio and stretching's exercises first thing in the morning for best results before breakfast every day.
