Just set it up! Really clear instructions and having all the screws where they are supposed to be instead of a big bag of hardware is so appreciated. Takes all the guesswork out of it. Not like IKEA! I purchased this after using a friend's and I can't wait to get started.

The plate is much bigger and heavier than I expected
It's a cute device which helps it not be so intimidating
This is My 2nd week being able to walk and My doctor ok'd it so a friend bought this as a gift.....

Great complement to my physical fitness routine

I discovered this Rhythm Vibration Plate at my chiropractor's office and loved it so much, I bought one for myself. I feel really great after doing 10 minutes on this plate. I am a bit older so I really like the fact that there are handle bars for safety. I also appreciate the fact that it does come with bands so that I can get an upper body workout in the process.
