Although I am pleased with the LifePro Vibration device overall, as it speeds up, it rattles. Also, the hooks on the floor piece are in the way.

Missing Parts and free item

Too early to say. Once the missing parts are installed and the free ball arrives, a review can be written. It is, so far impossible to get in touch by phone. The star rating would be much better once everything is resolved. We are also waiting to confirm the extra 20% off which was confirmed by email and in the chat. I'm confident that once this is all resolved, the machine itself will get high stars. It would be nice to actually speak to someone.
