Great addition to any workout routine. If you are looking for a way to get a great full body workout and have limitations this is for you. Has been a great help in easing back and hip pain. Highly recommend.

So this one has more of the vibration than the typical ones that rockers only. I use this one after my workouts and it helps cut down on soreness

I am an 84-year-old woman and found the thing easy to put together. I didn't pay much attention to "Lymphatic Drainage" weird new age stuff. However, after the first day I no longer needed to wear compression socks, and I had less joint pain. I used the first program twice a day. I have been using it for a week and the most important thing I have found is less joint pain, even on my "bone on bone" ankle. The other significant thing is that my positional vertigo (which I have been fighting for years) has cleared up.

Love this at the gym so much I bought one for at home!
