Absolutely great for us...being a bit older it certainly helps with muscle tone and most importantly it helps us strengthen our bodies and helps improve our balance.

As someone with a physical disability that limits the amount and types of exercise I can do, I have no problem using the vibration place. I can already tell it's helping my often stiff knees and ankles!
