Still Using it!

I got this for my parents who can’t exercise and have limited mobility in 2021. They still use it and bought one for their friends. It is great for lymphatic drainage and to prevent blood clots from sitting all day. It is in the living room facing the TV and by the window so it is really easy to do, no excuses. Finally something they actually use!

I purchased another vibration plate and it was literally violent on the lowest setting! This Rhythm model is exactly what I was looking for. I can build up and use long term. I had one previously which my daughter talked me out of-no way she is getting this one!
