Sturdy, stable and easy to use console

We had a smaller vibration plate and decided to get this larger Rhythm. It is stable and sturdy, assembly was fairly easy. I like it in general, for me (70 year old female) the slower speeds are pretty rough to the point of discomfort. The program intervals are good, my husband uses those. I prefer to use the manual setting at 60 or so for the smoother vibration. We have only had it a week so it’s still a learning curve.

Great product for senior citizens to improve balance and strength. There are so many different exercises you can do with this product. My wife (83 years old) and I love it.

Just bought for home

My chiropractor ordered 6 sessions on this machine because I fall alot.I loved the way it made me feel so I decided to buy one for home.
I had to pay to use theirs.after six sessions I had spent half of the cost of buying my own.It was so easy to set up, and I am 78 years old. I usually have problems putting together anything. I put it together yesterday and did two 10 min.sessions. Feels so good!

We just received our rhythm vibration platform machine yesterday, and we’ve used it twice already and we absolutely love it! We’re still learning how to use it and are looking forward to using the videos online.

Too early to know the full effects, but several people in the house have mentioned that they feel as if they went to the gym. Eager to receive the workout poster (and to make time to join the online community) to learn how to get the most out of this equipment.
