Been helping me recover from workouts and strengthen my legs in ways I haven’t been able to do otherwise. I’ve been using it 10 min a day and also doing other exercise. Wasn’t good for my mom because she has a stint and replacement joints. She didn’t feel good after doing it so we read the manual more and saw she shouldn’t use it. I think it will be an effective exercise machine though I’ll also do other exercise too.
