I have only had it a day but so far so good. I am sore today, but I have severe spinal issues to begin with. Only thing is I live alone so this was VERY hard to put together alone with a torn rotator cuff! Assume you know how heavy it is… and add 50 lbs. ??

I purchased the Rthym vibration plate and the red light therapy panel and absolutely love them. I first used them in a spa I had visited and realized I need these at home to use whenever I want. Best decision ever! They are so beneficial and relaxing, highly recommend these!
