I have been using this machine for a little over a month. The circulation in my legs and feet seem to be improving. I feel better after I use it. I am more relaxed. I use it along with my recumbent bike. I am using my vibration machine to also help me with my balance problems.
It is quiet. The only noise comes from the attached elastic straps. They are detachable.
It was not too difficult to set up. The base is heavy, so you may need help moving it into place.
