I've faithfully been using the Mito red light for about 6 weeks now and haven't noticed any improvement in pore size. Maybe it's too soon to tell. The goggles are uncomfortable and leave marks around eyes. I have had to put thin cotton pads on edges to prevent marks on my face. Also had to purchase the dark glasses but they seem to let too much light in.

Red light is amazing!

I recently got diagnosed with Lyme and my doctor is using methylene blue drops and red light therapy as a natural antibiotic! I was excited to use the red light in my protocol because I have also been experiencing adult acne and hair loss. I’ve been using my red light for about a month now and I see new hair growth sprouting and my acne inflammation seems to be getting better! I spend 15-20 min in the morning and night. Morning I do the front of my body and at night I do the back! I will get retested for Lyme in a few months and hopefully this will have worked!

Game Changer

We both use it daily for pain relief, better sleep and overall better health. It is amazing how it immediately helps age related joint pain in our knees, hands where ever we have pain, We set it on the floor under our desk while we spend time on the internet, wouldn't be without it. We save alot of money by not having to go to the Chiropractor these days, we recommend MitoRed because it has the hightest wattage, biggest bang for your buck! Thank you

Awesome results

I am 62 years old and have had pain in my knees and back for quite awhile now. I also have noticed a change in my skin. My daughter in law bought a Mito Red Light and told me about it so I decided to purchase one and I have been using it for a couple months now. I no longer have the pain in my knees or my back like I used to and my skin is much better. I will continue to use the Mito Red Light daily and would definitely recommend it.

I am about 5 weeks into using my Mito Red Light. I am 64 and very healthy. I have had skin related issues for the past 30 years. Mostly mild Rosacea on my face but in the last two years it has changed for the worse and has moved to my scalp. I went to a couple of dermatolgists and, as always, prescribed an antibiotic. One suggested using sulfur soap which I found to be a help. I started the rlt very slowly 3 minutes per session. After 4 days or so I increased to 6 minute sessions and then after a week 10 minute sessions. This was only treatment for my face. I started the treatment about 18" from my face and withing a couple of weeks to about 9" or so. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't damaging my skin. I have been doing 10 minute sessions about 6 days per week. This last week I started an additional 5 minutes per day on my very sore neck using NIR. Here's the results so far. My skin and scalp are returning to normal. My scalp had become so sensitive I couldn't stand being in direct sunlight. I'm pretty thin on top regarding hair. The sensitivity is gone and most of the redness has disappeared. The sun feels fantastic on my head. My skin seems to be tighter than before and just looks healthier. These were my main issues and what I was most interested in solving. So far the results have been great. Will it last long term..........time will tell. My neck pain has definitely diminished. It's only been about 5 sessions so I am very encouraged. My sleep has definitely improved. It's not perfect but seems to be a deeper sleep and for longer periods without waking up. My hair feels healthy again. I guess this is due to a healthier scalp. The amount of oil on my face and scalp has decreased as well. We'll see how things go long term but so far it seems like a miracle cure.

Much better than I expected!

This product is outstanding. Everything from the quality of construction to its effectiveness as a red light device. I have been recommending it to my friends who have been equally satisfied with their purchase. Apart from the device itself, the guide book/user manual is excellent in and of the fact that it is informative and understandable. My only regret is that I didn't buy the full body model.

Way better than a mask

This is so powerful. I bought a mask from another company and it just felt suffocating and not as powerful, not to mention if you want to do your neck that is another cost. This takes care of everything. Would not be without it.
