[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use and directions great! Also read the book The Ultimate Guide to Red Light therapy by, Ari Whitten. Been using only for a couple of weeks so, just building up to 10 minutes every other day. Had 2- surgeries within 18 months and hoping to promote scar tissue healing as well as to promote overall well being. Was referred to product and book by a nurse who has been using the Mito Red Light with NIR for 2 years and swears by it! Hope to have more feedback in a few months!

I love it. Use it 2 or 3 times a week. Sometimes more. Keeps me calm and feeling rested. Tha youth appearance doesn't hurt either. I'm a senior but it's beneficial for keeping wrinkles at bay.

Mite Red Light therapy is Great!

I suffer from joint pain caused by arthritis and I hardly even think about anymore since I have been using Mito red light therapy regularly. I feel back to normal and totally forget about my joint pain about 99% of the time, when it occasionally hurts it is much less painful and I can usually track it back to having not attended to my red light therapy for a few days. The device is very easy to use and nice looking enough to not cramp my style.

It delivers!

I anticipated there wouldn’t be immediate results, but within a week I could start to see some sleep modification, as well as an unexpected neck tightening. Real results did take a good 3 weeks, but I am hooked, and I have also used it for physical activity muscle strain, and back pain from repetitive motion (painting)

Not good. I used it for TWO MINUTES on my back, and sat the device well over three feet from me. It burned me. So, as much as I can see it benefitting many people? Not for me.!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Way better than a mask

This is so powerful. I bought a mask from another company and it just felt suffocating and not as powerful, not to mention if you want to do your neck that is another cost. This takes care of everything. Would not be without it.

This product is outstanding. Everything from the quality of construction to its effectiveness as a red light device. I have been recommending it to my friends who have been equally satisfied with their purchase. Apart from the device itself, the guide book/user manual is excellent in and of the fact that it is informative and understandable. My only regret is that I didn't buy the full body model.
