It DOES work.

Have only used it a few times so far, haven't had time to do daily, but will soon. I have noticed changes though.

My third Mito Red

I knew that I wanted to try it. I bought one and realized that my son who was having problems with his hands from physical labor, would benefit from its use. So I let him use that one and got another one. The second one went to my daughter who has longstanding back problems. Finally I got a Mito Red for me. I use it in 5 min intervals all over. The most obvious short term difference is in my face, where I observed dark colored patches were disappearing with the use of this unit. It is not instant, but I am very pleased with it. It makes me feel good also. Better sleep is another improvement with its use.

Totally confused

I began using it everyday working my way up to 10 minutes. I journaled results but not really much to report except slight reduction of pain in hip joint. Then I listened to your very informative talk more about how to increase overall health but not as much about the mito red. I realized that the benefits of mito red are individualized and since I'm in the sun alot, I haven't even used the mito red since I heard you. Confused, scared, and more confused. Then when I heard you pitch your programs I just completely pulled back. Don't really have alot of money. So I'm kinda in limbo and just enjoying the sun.

Really helps

I have been using the Mitored for a few weeks now and I can really tell the difference. I cannot recommend it highly enough. It helps with my arthritis reducing inflammation and pain.

Incredible Sleeping Benefits!

I’ve tried melatonin, magnesium, CBD but nothing has worked better than a session in front of the red-light before bed to initiate a good night’s sleep.Additionally, I cut my finger with a bread knife pretty deeply and it’s healed so quickly - in less than a week, I could take the bandaid off.

I’m brand new to using red light therapy and find it very relaxing after a workout. I’m currently concentrating on knee & shoulder areas and have been enjoying it so far. I’m reading and learning more and am impressed at the many benefits of using RLT.

I'm LOVING my red light. The difference it's made in my skin in just a month is incredible. It's also helping me sleep better and gives me a dedicated time to meditate daily....what else is there to do while you're sitting there? I am thrilled with my purchase.

I purchased the Mito therapy light for my husband a month ago. He is 67 and has suffered with a stiff neck from computer work and his knee has been sore for more than 7 months. He opened it and was very skeptical, but committed to using it daily. He is totally impressed with the results. The Mito was helping so much he began studying the research that I had reviewed. The Mito product is also made to last for years, which is great because he plans to keep using it daily. I was impressed with the professional packing and the speed that it arrived to my door.
