Works just like it says

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These label dividers were super-easy to print and to apply to the dividers. They look great in my binders and are keeping my papers very organized. The paper is high quality-- it looks like these will last! I am a fan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These labels are nice and can definitely help you get organized. They are durable and customizable. I however did not have a great experience with them. Printing on the labels did not work for me because Microsoft Word was needed to download the template. All that came up for me was code. Luckily I can still use these dividers in binders and in my filing cabinet so they won’t go to waste. Considering that I did not have the required software (which I didn’t know ahead of time) I am unable to use them in their intended way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try out these printable labels to help organize our homeschool curriculum. After contacting support for help I was told that the templates are only compatible with Word. We don't own it we just use the free version on microsofts website. The template file has to be converted to use on the webssite and it changes the template to the point that it is not functional. FYI if you do own word the template download from staples.com/template does not work! It just fills the page with random characters when you click on it. You must search for the product on the staples website then click on more details in order to get the proper link to download the template. That being said I was still able to use them I just had to write on the labels. I like the straight edge on the divider sheet. It has a reinforced edge. I was able to use my binding machine to add the dividers to our curriculum notebook. I found the feature of lining up the dividers to apply all of the labels at once to be stressful and not really a time saver. I found it difficult to keep the sheets lined up perfectly while applying the tabs. Some are crooked and one bunched up as I applied it. I followed the directions exactly but it still took a couple tries to pull the blue part off without it trying to lift the labels back off.

Template Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These seem like great quality labels but I had a lot of trouble with the template. The link provided on the box led me to the right page but I couldn’t download the template — a bunch of code showed up instead when I clicked to download it. I ended up downloading it via the specific product page instead which worked but the text didn’t line up correctly with the tabs on the test page. Not sure if this was because I was using a Mac and not a Windows machine. Either way I was disappointed with how difficult it is to find a proper template and that there weren’t any real instructions available to help.

A must have for any office supply aficionado

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these to review and am sure glad that I did. I am a self-proclaimed lover of all things organizational or office supply related. These ticked both boxes! The tabs themselves seem very durable but the dividers are a little thinner than I was hoping for. Super easy to use and come in a large enough pack to organize my entire office. I wish they were in fun colors but other than that I love them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2 out of 5 stars) Product: Staples Unpunched Print & Apply Label Dividers 5-Tab White 25 Sets As someone whose job is mostly digital I don’t have a huge need for paper organization tools like these. However I gave them a try to organize some bills and a few work-related documents like separating policies. Unfortunately I wasn’t too impressed. The dividers are essentially just pieces of paper with a laminated tab which makes them feel quite flimsy. They bend way too easily for my liking especially if you’re looking for something durable enough to handle frequent use. The one redeeming quality is the laminated leader head—it’s sturdier than the rest of the divider and helps a bit with durability but overall I was expecting something with more substance. These might work fine for very light organization but if you’re dealing with anything that needs to be handled regularly I’d look for something more robust.
