Labels made simple

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been in the legal industry for almost 20 years and have seen it all when it comes to office supplies and organization. I have used filing folders for professional and personal use and when I say it’s nice when you find a quick and simple system it’s an understatement! The ability to easily label the folders by printing them out makes them more legible uniform and you don’t have to worry about smearing. A potential downside is making sure to check where you left off the last time you used them and making sure you properly feed them into the printer so they will print correctly. Otherwise I would recommend these to anyone who utilizes filing folders in an office setting but also this system is simple enough for anyone to use at home as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These dividers are wonderful! I love the versatility of them having no pre-punch holes. Makes it so easy to drop them in to my files to create sub folders within my overly crowded main files. They can also be easily hole punched for placement in binders if necessary. The paper material is sturdy and the laminated tabs will hold up for a long time. I loved how easy it was to print on the labels from my printer to add an even more cohesive look to my files (my OCD is very excited! haha). These are a fantastic addition to my home office/record keeping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These will last me a long time as I don’t print that often. Fairly easy to use and configure with my printer. I’ve had issues with labels falling off in the past on the type of folders I use… so we’ll see how long they last but the adhesive seems pretty good.

Easy set up and application

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These label dividers have made it easy to quickly update my files. I needed a solution I could apply to my every day priorities as well as the less frequently used files. This product has 25 sets of 5-tabs so I was able to get a lot out of just one box. I really like that they are clear & adhesive for a uniform look & quick application. I was able to download the template directly from the product page on Staple’s website. I immediately began editing the template to my label needs. I loved the test sheet provided in the box to make sure you load the label paper correctly for printing so there’s no waste. Once printed I grouped 5 dividers together with a paperclip to hold them together while I seamlessly placed the label strip across all 5 at once. The labels lined up with the tabs perfectly & tore off easily leaving a clean strip to toss & perfect tabs. There is a reinforced straight edge on the divider that allows for hole punching if needed for binders. I was done with my organization task much faster than expected thanks to this product. I still have more dividers & labels for when I need to create more.

Great product to get you organized

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I keep track of my extra income to use it for family vacations so this product was great to help me stay organized! I did not see the template listed on Staples’ template page so I searched for the item online and found the template linked there. The template was in a Word document and very easy to update. When updating the document you have the ability to use any font you’d like which is a nice feature. I have a Laserjet printer so this was a breeze to print - I got it on the first try. I did notice that one of my letters didn’t print perfectly (the “i” in Gift) but that could have been my printer. The labels were easy to apply and I love that they’re clear so that my dividers look clean. I plan to hole punch the dividers so that I can use them in a binder. Can’t wait to find lots of uses for them!

Great dividers

I love that the dividers aren’t hole punched so that you can divide what type of hole you want for the divider. These dividers are sturdy and well made. Easy to print on by following directions on the back of the divider. I really have enjoyed using these dividers at my work as a teacher and at home for my kids projects and papers.

Easy to use printed labels

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These customizable adhesive labels and the accompanying dividers worked really well for my needs. I really enjoy when my paperwork looks coordinated and cohesive so these labels are amazing. The sheets worked with my printer perfectly because of the instructions on the back. This pack comes with 25 file folders so I will not need to buy anymore for a very long time but when I do I would definitely get these again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very impressed with the Staples Unpunched Print & Apply Label Dividers. The overall quality is great—they feel durable and professional. The print and apply labels were very easy to use with my home printer and the instructions were clear and simple to follow. I used these dividers to organize my work and home documents and they made everything much more manageable. The ability to customize the tabs gave me the flexibility I needed for labeling different sections clearly. They definitely helped me stay more organized and I loved how clean and crisp the final product looked. What I liked most was how effortless it was to get a custom-labeled tab setup without needing special tools or software.
