This device is a well made cable modem for the price. It has most of the newer bells and whistles that a person needs. Storage, ports and ability to secure and share your information as appropriate. I was however disappointed to find that I cannot connect a ISB hub to the USB port. I have also found it a challenge to add an external hard drive to the ISB port. Seems like that could have been a basic function to this piece of equipment.

We upgraded after a 4-5 year old unit and immediately noticed a difference. Our last unit was a NETGEAR and we settled with a second one as a replacement. We never thought to look elsewhere. You can’t compromise quality.

High speeds, all day long

What a difference when I upgraded from a Motorola router, no more router resets needed to get back at full speed, you get full throttle all the time. Have had it over a year and no complaints.

Ditch Comcast Router for this one!

One of the best modem/routers in the market. Unplugged my old Comcast modem/router walked through the configuration process, up and running in 10 minutes. The best part is being able to separate my personal networks from my Guest networks. 10/10. Would buy again.
