Very satisfied with the actual performance of this device. My only issue is a minor one. The plastic angular base makes it difficult to thread a coaxial cable, since it is a tight fit for your fingers.

Super easy to use. Easy set up, integrated well with my network, much better speeds than cable provided equipment and not having to pay rental fees for inferior equipment.

Upon my package dissolving with my current internet provider, decided to save myself the monthly rental fee and invest in a combo modem router. Very pleased I did! Immediately saw the increased responsiveness and load time across all devices — mobile, laptop and smart TV. As an accountant working remotely right now and a full time student, couldn’t be more content!

So far the modem/router combo has worked very well. I get full bars in every room of my apartment and having an app to use to manage settings is great. My only minor issue is that due to the design it can be a little difficult to unplug certain Ethernet cables.

Easy to start, ethernet directly works perfect but the wifi signal seems to drop quite a bit. Will have to figure out some type of support to contact.
