For the most part it seems to be working fine with the exception of dropping the signal occasionally due to ISP.

This has been a very good router overall. It started losing connection sporadically after about 3 years and had to be replaced.

Easy for a tech-phobe

My ex boyfriend bought me this router because he said it would be infinitely better than the one I received from my ISP. The only problems I have had were ones I created myself trying to do too much, but NetGear’s support team was super helpful and patient as we figured out the problem. The Nighthawk App and Genie programa are easy to use and have taught me a lot about this internet thing works.
