Bad router and wifi

Great features

I bought this modem router to replace the one I was renting from my cable company. I love the sleek design. I just downloaded the app and have been exploring the various features. I especially like the ability to pause internet from different devices, and test the internet from different rooms. I enjoy that it allows me to manage my internet.

I have both this one routerand a RAX 1200, Niight Hawk, both excellent routers though this one nis a much easier and user friendly router for setup and use

Nice But...

The Modem Router seems to be working well but I had to spend 1.5 hours with the Netgear staff and 1.5 hours with my ISP. Both told me to return the item. However we tried one more time and Voila! So the equipment seems fine, installation was not...
