Good but with occasional hiccups

The device is functional and simple to install, but its not always as reliable when it comes to steady internet connection for extended periods of time.

Great investment

I purchased this because I’ve cut the cable. It was very easy to set up. I’m not a techie but I was able to set this up by myself. I’ve not had any connection issues or speed issues since installing the Modem. I’m very happy.

Easy to set up. Works great with my cable service and saves me money every month on modem rental and taxes! WiFi works great as well. Mobil app is a plus as well!

BAD DESIGN

Length of ownership:1 week
Purchased unit yesterday, and find major design flaw. The HDMI clip is impossible to release as the footstand does not allow a large finger to release clip.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Comcast/Netgear issue

I had Comcast check all of their cables to figure out if it was causing the stops during my google hub playing. I’m still having that problem so I’m hoping it’s not the Netgear. If you can help me trouble shoot it I’m greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
