The Great AC1600 Modem Router

The modem router is extremely simple and is amazing for our 2 bed-room house. Before, our WiFi wasn't even distributed to our room to the point where we had to use hotspots. Now, though, with the modem router it only took 90 minutes to set up and our family of 6 can be lost in our electronic with 0 complaints and technical issues.

Good Modem Router/ Reasonably priced

I've had this modem router for about 2 weeks. Very reasonably priced. Gives a good signal throughout the house. Very easy to use Netgear Geanie to change settings once initial setup is done. Make sure you have a laptop to connect directly into when first setting it up, trying to do it over WiFi is impossible (like any other router).

Easy set up, great speeds

Ease of set up was why I bought this, get better speeds than my old provider router and better distance and I don't need a WiFi extender in my 1500sq ft house anymore. Easy to use and monitor who is using the network and the ability to 'pause' devices that are connected is a great feature and the genie app makes it even easier

Great Wifi System

This is a good system for our family we have six people and live in a 2000 square foot home it provides quality Wi-Fi through a router sometimes we have issues depending on the weather but for the most part this is a good system for the money I'm pleased with it and thankful I don't have to run my own system through the cable companies

Awesome router. Have been using it for two weeks now and no issues. It was extremely easy to set it up and am so glad I bought it. I pay for 150 mbps through my ISP and I am consistently getting around 180 mbps. The genie app is very useful to set the channels and edit all information about the networks. I am very happy with my purchase.

Good Product

No problem getting it syncd with my cable provider. Has two different freq that was good since some of my older equipment did not recognize the 5 mhz and only would see the 2.4 mhz for wireless hookup. I am hooked up to one of the ethernet ports with one of my computers and it gets the maximum rate that I am paying for thru the cable provider.

Love this router!

I needed a new modem and router since I upgraded to 300mbps with Cox. So far I have not been disappointed. This is a great setup thst gets speeds higher than advertised. The only trick part about setup is making sure you have the 2.4ghz network and 5ghz network split correctly so one is not pulling all the bandwidth leaving the other with nothing.

Excellent Modem/Router

Because of a move to a new State, I needed to change my WiFi Provider. I was reluctant to rent a Modem/Router from my new Cable Provider.
The NETGEAR Modem/Router was recommended by several persons. It proved to be a reliable and speedy Product with hassle free installation and hookup. Both Speed and Signal have been consistently excellent. I'm happy
