Works very well,app works well also with plain NETGEAR Ethernet switch. Easy to set up and don't have to pay for rental fee. Bought this one because others with antennas the 2 and 1 year olds may think oh break it!

An outstanding router

This has been, far and above, a much better router than the one i had from Comcast. I like having the guest option for when I have others visiting and wanting internet access. I only wish it were a tri-band wifi router.

Netgear AC1600 Modem Rocks

I have used Netgear products before and this one did not disappoint. Easy set up, great app, and good functionality. Highly recommend! Also bought Arlo home security cameras made by Netgear and they are awesome as well!

At first there was a problem with the cable company reading the router/modem they sent a tech and he found out it was cable company's problem he set it up and it works great. Speed test thru modem is what it should be.

Amazibg product. Went thru many devices trying to find the perfect one for my internet settings and none of the more expensive ones did the trick. Decided to go with this one and works wonders now. Extremely satisfied.

My 2nd Netgear product -- first router lasted years. Only reason I "upgraded" is because the old internet-provider modem died. Thought a combo modem/router made a lot of sense. Reliable and takes up less desk real estate.

Best Modem Wifi combo

I have had several modem and wifi routers. which were never up to the task of providing what you read on the box. The Netgear AC1600 does just what it says and the price is great. no dropped connections and very reliable.

This modem has not been an issue. Connection with multiple devices plus with a gaming system work more than what I expected. Not very expensive and small so it can fit comfortably in without taking space. Plus looks great.
