Overall it’s been good but it frequently seems to go down and keep mess up my internet speeds by around 90%

Router does not covert sq ft promised

This router is fine when I have a device connected to Wi-Fi near it, but if I go even one room over, the connection is 1/3 of the download speed, which is annoying.
