Easy and quick to set up

Using it in combination with a nighthawk router i bought previously. incredibly easy to set up and link together. i do however want to remind everyone that no matter the tech, if you are not paying for high speed internet. you will not get it.

Net gear

I needed a new cable modem/router and I replaced my old Netgear modem with this new one. Installation was simple although it wouldn't connect at first. I called my cable provider to give them the information and had the agent try to figure out why the wifi wouldn't connect. After 45 minutes of trying I explained that I would call the Netgear tech line in the morning, I got up to call and it was connected to my wifi. All is well and the new modem works great.

This is a good reliable router with a strong signal. Just wish it was a little smaller. It takes up a good amount of space and doesn’t hide well behind my tv like other models.

Just registered my modem, but have been using for about a year. Has worked great until recently had to reset every few days because of speed dropping to all most zero. Am using Xfinity internet, My netgear modem/router has saved me monthly rental fee. Waiting to se if I am going to have replace with new unit.
