Had difficulty in setting up but with help from CS I was able to be reassured that the modem was working properly and the problem was with the Wi-Fi provider. Spoke with several folks and all were courteous and helpful.

Sleek design

I was unable to connect the cable cord. The bar on the bottom provides no space for fingers. Had a technican Comcast install and e tender to the cord in order to attach.

Weak signal strength

Very weak Wi-Fi signal strength. The Internet speed next to the modem is around 200mb. If you move away by 3 meters - 100mb. In the next room 20mb. I highly do not recommend buying

Not a gamer but 6 devices. Easy setup and plenty of speed for us. Distance coverage could be a bit more but at least I don’t have to worry about the neighbors trying to pirate on

This modem/router has been a solid piece of hardware. It’s been reliable and very consistent when it comes to providing for my wired and wireless needs. I would recommend this modem/router to anyone.
