I replaced another cable modem with this one. The old modem would drop the connection randomly, often during Zoom conferences. Sometimes I would have to reboot the computer to get back on line. I use Spectrum cable and it has drop outs that are very random and very short and this modem rides through them.

Solid, few outages

I bought mine in 2018 and it is still working solidly today (2023). There have been a few periods in the last few months where the internet dropped anywhere from a few minutes to several hours, but that has only happened a couple of times in the last five months and it is still not clear if this issue was with my Netgear Cable Modem Router or something else. Otherwise, I do not have any complaints.
