Horrible product

This modem did not work. It would not hook up to our internet. Instructions stated that you need to call your internet provider . I called and my internet provider stated they do not do anything on their end to connect a new modem. I called Netgear back. Spoke to a person with English as a second language for almost an hour . I finally gave up and are sending it back. Your IT people need training. Poor product even worse technical assistance .

I am really pleased on this modem/router. Setup was quick and easy. I’ll definitely recommend this product to anyone trying to avoid paying a monthly rental fee from there internet provider.

Works after factory reset

Required registration with internet provider and then factory reset with a pin to gain admin control. So far no problems with functionality.

A Great Improvement Over XFinity Equipment

This is a great modem/router. My wireless internet speed is now 230 mbps. I was previously subscribed to xfinity's 800 mbps download speed and using their equipment, I would only get 100 mbs over wifi. The user interface for router management is also very intuitive and easy to use. This product has great value!

I have been pretty happy with this model. But suddenly it stopped working. I have not had internet or streaming for almost 7 days. Geek Squad will be coming on Wed. To check things out. Had to buy a new modem/router not Netgear!!!!

I love the ability to have more control over my devices with the NightHawk app for Netgear products. I can see whats connected and reset my modem in the app as well as see accurate speeds.
