Wonderful device, and even BETTER Customer Service

My Router has been working perfectly. Last week on February 17th, I lost my Internet connection so I called cable provider Mediacom, they told me that because I refused to rent their Router, I needed to call Netgear. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with your Customer Service Department, which is in India, Representative 16007 was BEYOND HELPFUL, and she is the FIRST Tech Support person that I have ever spoken to who is from India that I had absolutely zero problems with her Accent! Somehow we lost the phone connection, but she called me back instantly and was very Apologetic. The really cool thing was when she personally called me back on Monday to make sure that everything was okay!
It turned out that Mediacom had lost their signal hardware for my whole neighborhood!

Super quick setup, works with Xfinity

I have Xfinity 200Mbps. Last time I bought separate modem and router and I had to call Xfinity to activate the device. But this time I bought NETGEAR modem router combo, I was able to set it up by myself within 10mins all on my phone and didn’t have to call xfinity at all. It works great with my internet plan and is fast. The app is easy to use too to set passwords and stuff

Good to use but when I switched from 2.4GHz to 5 GHz, I need to restart the software, a little boring to do that
