Solid and hassle-free product

Using it since a week, and absolutely stable connection. Using it on 3 devices simultaneously most of the time, and have had a consistent performance. One thing is that it shows 2 wifi hotspots, one regular and one 5G, and this device does not seem to have the option to turn off one or the other, or merge the two hotspots into one. Other than that, it's worth it.

I really enjoyed this modem. It has both router and modem. it is a very good price for a combo modem. It has very fast speed. The customer care is terrific, they talk us through everything to get it set up. we are both blind, so they helped us with everything getting it started.
