This modem is not compatible with my internet . I have high speed internet that I’m paying for and this only takes up to 250 mbps max. I’m going to return it and rent the modem again that my service is providing me.

I should have done this sooner

I have seen an improvement in my cable service since I replaced my old modem. My connections stay up, movies and VoIP calls are smooth. My speed has also increased and I've not seen any dropped packets. It's been a few weeks since I purchased the modem and it's still outstanding.
