Not sure if it’s the Netgear or Cox? But, keep getting issues not able to search? Crazy…. But, Netgear was easy install!

Does the job

The WiFi modem works well but I had a problem setting it up. I had to call technical support. I found that the lights for 2 buttons were not working. Customer service was great.

Not so fast

I purchased this router about 3yrs ago. It works just fine if all you are doing is streaming Netflix or on FB/IG but not good for gaming.

I switched over from a Surfboard that kept rebooting Every. Single. Time. I bought that one because an employee at my store recommended me to pick it over a Netgear modem. Needless to say, I tossed it, and I’m never listening to them again. My new modem connects fast, and so far has not rebooted. I’m extremely happy.
