I’ve been using a hand me down Wi-Fi router for about 7 years now and my modem is about 6 years old! Upgrading to this Netgear modem/router combo is one of the best purchases I made this year! Wifi and internet connection is seamless. I’m very happy with this purchase!

Mixed impressions

I did everything I was told to do, sometimes twice, and got a refurbished device when replaced. I could have bought a new from anywhere on for what I put into the help plan and shipping. Some reps were more helpful; than others - sorry review and this will NOT win me the gift card.
