Great all in one modem router. I have no range issues in my house and even get WiFi outside of house with this router. The 5G Is very fast for gaming and streaming video.

Works well for apartment

The router works well for us working from home. The range stretches all the way from the far side of the living room to the most distant bedroom in our apartment, and the signal is strong, but occasionally in and out. 100 mbps is plenty for the two of us working from home and all 3 of us online when everyone is home in the evenings.

Could be easier

I ended up having to call tech support to get the modem/router set up. Getting it hooked up and connected to spectrum was simple, it was just getting the wifi activated that was harder
