The unit itself is great it is fast and reliable. The software is kind of hard to navigate and in computer lingo. Simple language would be better.

Software buggy

Eventually got my wifi system set up; however, the NIGHTHAWK software repeatably threw errors indicating my changes did not register. Eventually changes went through despite app indicating otherwise. App has poor security; does not ask me to verify my identity using the administrator password when signing into the app, which is troubling.

My WiFi is working awesome

Since I installed the NetGear WiFi cable modem router, I have had not dead zones and the WiFi is working thru the roof…thank you NetGear for an awesome device!!!
